摘要:“在实践中学习, 在群体中成长”是中国小学数学教师专业成长的主要特征;努力做好“理论的实践性解读”与“教学实践的理论性反思”是进一步的努力方向, 也即我们应当更好地处理理论与教学实践之间的辩证关系。

The Main Features of the Professional Development of China' Primary Mathematics Teachers

Abstract:
“Learning in practice and developing within the community” were the main features of the professional development of China' primary mathematics teachers;and as further efforts in this direction, we should pay more attentions to “the practical explanation of theories” and “the theoretical reflection of teaching practice” so that to deal better with the relationship between theories and teaching practice.
