Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital for treatment of femoral neck fractures in patients with a total of 90 people, patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with routine nursing as control group, and another group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing as observation group. Results The effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion TCM nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, so that patients can get better nursing experience.

　　本次研究主要围绕中医护理联合早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的影响展开, 具体过程和结果报道如下。

　　1、资料与方法

　　1.1、一般资料

　　选取2016年10月—2017年10月期间在本院接受治疗的股骨颈骨折患者共计90例, 其中共有男性患者47例, 女性患者43例, 患者年龄在51~79岁之间, 患者平均年龄为 (62.4±2.1) 岁。这些患者均经过中医检查及CT、MRI检查, 确定患者存在不同程度的股骨颈骨折, 其中因坠落而骨折的例数为12例, 跌倒而骨折的例数为21例, 交通事故而骨折的例数为5例, 其它情况导致骨折的例数为52例。将患者随机平均分为2组, 其中一组采用常规护理模式作为对照组, 另外一组采用中医护理联合早期康复护理作为观察组。2组患者在年龄、性别、骨折原因、骨折程度等各项特征上不存在统计学差异。
