Abstract：Objective Exploration and practice in management of inpatient nursing satisfaction, so as to enhance the nursing satisfaction of inpatient. Methods Under the governance of the hospital, the nursing department made a series of measures which referred to patient safety, nursing quality, nursing procedures, and patients' needs for enhancing inpatient nursing satisfaction.Results Inpatient nursing satisfaction stayed at a high level after the application of the measures, and coming first in a national governmental inpatient nursing satisfaction survey.Conclusion Inpatient nursing satisfaction is an important part of high quality nursing.Management of inpatient nursing satisfaction is a reality needs of the nursing development and requires to establish a long-term mechanism.

　　近年来, 北京大学第一医院护理工作坚持“以问题为导向”, 在住院患者护理服务满意度持续改进方面做了一些尝试和探索, 总结出相应的经验, 对提升住院患者整体满意度起到了积极推动作用。
