摘要：近年来我国建筑经济市场蓬勃发展， 建筑企业数量和规模均快速增长， 市场竞争压力也同步增大。对于建筑企业而言， 要想实现自身竞争实力的有效强化， 在越来越激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出， 就需要不断强化自身实力， 加强内部管理， 尤其做好成本管理工作。完善的成本管理机制不仅能有效保障建筑项目顺利完成， 还能为企业的长足发展提供重要保证。本文首先阐述了建筑经济中成本管理的重要作用， 进而分析当前我国建筑经济中成本管理存在的问题， 并相应给出了问题的解决办法， 以期不断强化我国建筑经济成本管理， 实现建筑经济的长足健康发展。
