摘 要

　　随着市场经济的发展，我国企业运营模式的国际化、现代化趋势越来越强。企业之间的竞争变为成本管理之间的竞争，如何向成本要效益、做好企业成本管理成为当前企业发展和竞争力提升的关键。然而，成本管理水平与成本信息的及时有效性息息相关，ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）作为信息化时代和计算机技术发展的产物广泛应用于企业管理之中，企业内部引入 ERP 成本管理系统以满足成本管理对信息的需求已经成为 21 世纪企业成本管理发展的关键。

　　本文以火力发电企业 ZDT 公司为例，在 ERP 环境下对 ZDT 公司成本管理中存在的问题进行改进。论文首先阐述了成本和成本管理的相关概念，ERP 系统的含义、功能和作用，ERP 系统下的成本管理的计算原理、特征以及成本核算方法等。其次，对ZDT 公司的基本情况进行分析，包括 ZDT 公司简介，财务状况简介，ERP 使用现状，以及 ZDT 公司成本管理采购、存储、生产、销售环节的现状和问题进行分析：ZDT 公司目前已经使用了 ERP 系统进行财务核算，但是缺少一些必要的成本控制流程，比如，缺少供应商库的建立，缺少总经理报价审批的过程；生产车间工人工作比较随意，生产部门有完不成生产计划的情况出现；库房有原材料等丢失的情况出现，存放积压严重，导致了库存成本偏高，厂房租金昂贵；缺乏对出差人员差旅费的控制。再次，论文从具体措施角度提出了 ERP 的成本管理改进措施，具体措施包括：第一，从对采购订单的申请、创建、审批等流程，建立采购合同，进行采购校验等。第二，存储环节对收货职能要与货物的保管职能相分离，在仓储车间对物料进行物料编码等。第三，按照生产订单、材料单等把生产任务具体分配到每个工人的身上，依据建立的工时卡进行工资的发放以及职位的晋升，建立固定资产系统登记表对固定资产进行分类与总分类账进行核对等。第四，建立与下游客户的询价单、购销合同、销售单、退货单等，确定好订购细节，如具体的发电时间，发电量，价格等指标。最后，论文提出了实施 ERP 环境下的成本管理改进措施的实施保障：包括提升员工的成本管理的意识和基本素质，以及构建基于 ERP 的信息沟通平台等。

　　论文中 ZDT 公司基于 ERP 成本管理的改进研究为后期火电厂的成本管理改进供了一些借鉴，一些研究成果也有助于人们对 ERP 成本管理系统的全面认识。

　　Abstract.

　　With the development of market economy and the trend of internationalization andmodernization of enterprise operation mode in our country, the competition betweenenterprises has changed into the competition between cost management. How to benefit thecost and do a good job of enterprise cost management has become the key to the developmentand competitiveness of enterprises. However, the level of cost management is closely relatedto the timely and effective cost information. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is widelyused in enterprise management as the product of the information age and the development ofcomputer technology. The introduction of ERP cost management system to meet therequirements of the management of information has become the 21st century the key to thedevelopment of the cost management of the discipline enterprises.

　　This thesis takes ZDT company of thermal power plant as an example, and improves theproblems existing in cost management of ZDT company under ERP environment. This thesisfirst expounds the related concepts of cost and cost management, the meaning, function andfunction of the ERP system, the calculation principle of cost management under the ERPsystem, the characteristics and the method of cost accounting. Secondly, the basic situation ofZDT company is analyzed, including the introduction of ZDT company, the introduction offinancial situation, the current situation of ERP use, and the analysis of the status andproblems of the procurement, storage, production and sales of the cost management of ZDTcompany: ZDT company has already used the ERP system for financial accounting, but itlacks some necessary cost control processes, such as the lack of the establishment of thesupplier library, the lack of the process of the approval of the general manager's for thequotation, the casual work of the workers in the production workshop and the productiondepartment's failure to achieve the production plan; the warehouse has the raw materials.

　　There is a lack of control over travel expenses for business traveler. Thirdly, from theperspective of specific measures, the thesis puts forward ERP cost management improvementmeasures, The measures included are: The first，from procurement, purchase, application,creation and approval process, purchase contract is established, and purchase verification isdone. The second, the storage link should be separated from the storage function of the goods,and the material coding should be done in the warehousing workshop. The third, according tothe production order and material list, the production task is assigned to each worker, and thesalary payment and promotion position are carried out according to the established time card.

　　The fixed assets system registration form is set up to classify the fixed assets and the totalledger. The fourth, establishing inquiry sheet, purchase and sale contract, sales list, return listand so on, and to determine the order details well, such as specific generation time, the quantityof the power generation, price and so on. Finally, the thesis puts forward the implementationguarantee of improving the cost management measures under the environment of ERP,including raising the consciousness and basic quality of the cost management of the employees,and constructing the information communication platform based on the ERP.

　　Based on the improvement of ERP cost management, ZDT company provides somereferences for the improvement of cost management in later thermal power plant, and someresearch results also help people to fully understand the ERP cost management system.
