　　“一带一路”倡议提出于2015年3月海南博鳌亚洲论坛, 具体见于同年3月28日由国家发展改革委、外交部和商务部联合发布的《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》中, 标志着“一带一路”倡议进入全面推进建设阶段。“一带一路”倡议的提出可以说是恰逢其时, 是中国为世界开出的良方, 让世界共享中国发展创造的机遇和成果。
